2. Mô tả công việc

- Make policies/ procedures on safety, health, and environment in compliance with current law and standards;

- Check and implement SHE policies and procedures and ensure full compliance to SHE laws and regulations;

- Carry out orientation and periodic training for new employees and current employees on safety, health, and environmental matter; firefighting issues, etc. as requested by law and standards;

- Responsible for regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations;

- Lead all incident/ accident investigations from the entity, develop, document, and follow up to closure all corrective measures and recommended improvements;

- Guide safety operation standards, regulations, and measures relating to occupational safety and hygiene to employees;

- Supervise and monitor to overcome all audits of ISO 45001, ISO 14001,...;

- Control document and make the periodic report(s);

- Other duties as assigned by superiors.

3. Yêu cầu

- Academic: Firefighting, Labour safety, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering;

- Years of experience: At least 4 years in the same position;

- Special knowledge: ISO 14k, ISO 45k, Risk assessment,...;

- Other skills: proactive, strong leadership, work hard, teamwork;

- English communication.
