2. Yêu cầu:

- Problem solving skill

- Communication and persuade skill

- Background in HSE functions

- Understanding on Safety Laws, Fire Prevention & Fighting Laws…

- Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)

- English skill if any

- Accept to work overtime

3. Mô tả công việc

- Assist HRD to fix conflict, dispute between employees

- Assisst HSE to control on Covid-19 issue on the floor

- Check and protect company properties and assets from damage, stealing and fire

- Supervise security team to make sure they do their tasks properly

- Patrol check for good security status, Supervise and manage external security forces

- Follow up and checking camera system

- Contact to local police for security issues

- Work closely with management HRD to identify employee relation issues with a focus on prevention, Support HRBP on
discipline workers who violate the factory’s work regulatons.

- Prevent and control violence in the workplace, Control and solve problems concerning the factory’s security

- Recruit, train, assign work to internal security forces

- Support to formulate security policies
