2. Mô tả công việc

- Identify the hazards, make risk assessment, implement measure to eliminate or control the hazard, risk;

- Set up, maintain and instruct safety & environment policies and procedures;

- Remind & push the relevant departments to comply with the procedures, work instructions, regulations… in the system;

- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident Investigation Reports;

- Create safety training material and train new workers, periodic training;

- Conduct periodical internal audit, make corrective – preventive action plans and follow up;

- Reponsible for PPE delivery, monitor and ensure all employees wear proper PPE;

- Ensure the facilities and work procedures are satisfied with safety & enironment regulations and health code by law;

- Raise management and staff awareness of safety accountabilities & responsibilities;

- Keep up-to-date with developments in the OHS field including legislation, regulations, guidelines & best practices;

- Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned;

- QMR has responsibility for management of whole system ISO 14001 – 2015 and OHSAS - 18000.

3. Yêu cầu

- Bachelor degree in SHE or Chemical engineering to be well trained for SHE professional;

- Have ability to discuss, negotiate & convince for job proceeding;

- Co-operative & teamwork mind in work.
